Summary
King’s Landing has fallen, but conquest does not bring peace to Jon’s reign. When he wakes, his gaze turns northward, to the blue-eyed terrors that rise in the frozen north. But Jon knows little and less of the Others and how to defeat them, and he has learned the hard lesson that danger often strikes from directions unseen.
Meanwhile, another claimant has appeared bearing his elder brother’s face and name, and Dorne seeks to place this boy who calls himself Aegon upon the throne.
