The entire Case Closed gets summoned by a young girl named Pandora. Conan thinks he finally went crazy. Ran thinks it's a fever dream. Sonoko's taking it as a shipfest. The entire police squad is in confusion. Amuro thinks he finally got caught by the B.O. and was subject to torture and/or in delirium. Akai thinks he died and went to the afterlife. Aoko's confused and panicked. And Kaito? He's having the time of his life.
Also, Kogoro's still sleeping, Akako is going on about rifts in time and space, the Detective Boys thinks they're at a party, Ai's just enjoying it all, Agasa is somewhat awed, and...Shinichi's parents don't really care. But that's just the minor details nobody cares about.
Basically? The entire cast is turned into Pokemon-human fusions by my sonna, a.k.a. me. Purely self-indulgent.

Summary
In January 1987, Kaitou 1412 made his dramatic return after an eight year hiatus. Conviently at the same time, sixteen year old Kuroba Kaito starts to pull away from the few friends he does have. Three decades later, 1412 is known as a phantom, a killer, and a violent creature, and Kaito is a reclusive fifty two year old battling depression and his own self, a lonely bar owner with a distant gaze and an even more narrow world view.
Shinichi gets shrunk in late Spring of 2022, and finds a reluctant ally in his father's cousin. Posing as Kaito's son as Conan brings troubles and solutions that he could have never acquired than if he had stayed with the Mouris. Maybe they can both help each other.

Kaito finds Pandora but is shot out of the sky by the Organization. Upon awakening, Kaito discovers that Pandora is sentient and has saved him from death by making him Pandora's new vessel.
Pandora then makes a simple deal with him. Pandora won't take over Kaito's consciousness or control him as long as Kaito seals away magical objects that have awakened once again due to the coming of the Volley Comet.
Now immortal and unable to be permanently injured, Kaito repurposes KID into stealing magical items of all kinds using the power of Pandora. Except now he has three detectives and their friends chasing after him, determined to learn what happened the night KID was shot out of the sky and why he's shifted targets. Not to mention there may be more kinds of evil groups and creatures out there than just the Organization...and it's going to take all of Kaito's strength to adapt to his new world.

Carnival/Carousel of Souls is an AU I made where Gotham City is based off of New Orleans, Louisiana, a Metropolis based off of Atlanta, Georgia, and a Smallville located in rural Mississippi. To be clear in this Atlanta and New Orleans don't exist and are fully replaced by the DC locations, though a lot of the cultural aspects and architecture are the same or similar as the real world locations.
