Summary
Riku never wanted to be the charming lead of a romantic comedy. But lately, his life feels like a twisted, cynical parody of one where his closest friends keep gravitating toward him like he’s some irresistible center of the universe, blindsiding him with confessions he never asked for.
Already suffocating beneath the weight of guilt and the exhausting task of trying to preserve friendships that seem to keep crumbling in his hands, one sudden, unexpected confession finally pushes him over the edge. Desperate to escape the mess of his own life, Riku agrees to a spontaneous beach house getaway, hoping a few drinks and a change of scenery might dull the noise in his head.
But somewhere in the drunken chaos of the night, the boundaries he’s spent so long protecting begin to blur. oh my god. this love is so quiet and tender and real. not for one moment did this feel like a fic it felt like i got to crawl into his chest and crack open his heart and i saw so much love and so much of myself and so so so many things to love. this was really good

“Hello!” He shouts, dropping his toys so he can bow properly to Yushi.
“Why hello to you too, Mister.” Yushi bows back even deeper. Sakuya giggles at this before picking My Melody up again and hugging her to his chest.
Yushi pauses to take another deep breath. He is so overwhelmed by how adorable Sakuya is that he has to physically stop himself from doing something stupid like grabbing the kid and running. This is why he could never have been a teacher.
Before he can get any further into his plans of kidnapping and taking the first big step into parenthood, however, Mr. Fujinaga steps out into the chaos of the living room.
Except he isn’t Mr. Fujinaga, because that would be too easy.

Yushi is in desperate need of some extra cash so he can get his hands on all five versions of EXO's Kai's newest mini album Wait On Me. He turns to babysitting to get it and ends up getting more than he bargained for.
