'Smoke filled his chest and burned every spot it touched. It always did. From the moment he inhaled, be it a short hesitant puff from when he experienced the horrid taste from high school school or the long drag that he would commonly take whenever he stood outside the station in the morning, it always burned. Day turned to night, rain fell from the sky, cigarettes burned. It was a fact and he could never get used to how it felt.
Perhaps that was the problem. He didn’t want to get used to it. He enjoyed the hot pain that would briefly engulf him. For moment inside him. There was peace. A painful peace where everything was okay whilst on fire at the same time.'

Oh god, oh god. He's time traveled - Time traveled!- and before the thought that he's not in Kansas anymore can finish, the pleasant laughing man on the ground below spontaneously turned in his seat, hooking his arm over the back of it, and looked right at him.
Which is insane. And what was even more insane was that he had a huge grin on his face as though Peter were the best thing he'd ever seen in his life.
"Hello there friend, care to come down? We won't bite, I promise you" As soon as the words leave his mouth, the gathering below all look up too with expressions varying from confused to shocked, and the red haired guy gives off an alarmingly loud yelp that he cuts off with his hands: Peter gives it to him that it probably is a little scary suddenly seeing a kid stuck to the ceiling.
-In which Peter finds himself launched back to 1962, and unbeknownst to him an entirely different reality after being hit by Thanos during the battle, and ends up enrolled on a mission to prevent World War III. All while trying to work out how to get back home.

Summary
While looking at some things in the basement of their Unsub's home, Spencer manages to touch a spell on the wall that transports him to the MCU and makes a few.... changes, along the way.
He meets Peter Parker, a smart kid just trying to do his best to keep his city safe, and despite Spencer's best efforts he finds himself firmly entwined in the kid's life. Trying to keep him safe, learn control of these powers that he's found himself with, and somehow figure out a way to get home, all without getting caught by anyone and turned into a science experiment the way it always seems to go in the movies. It's not easy, and it doesn't get easier when you add in an over-protective mentor, a whole bunch of political drama, and a bunch of feelings that Spencer knows better than to even think about admitting to.
Spencer tries to cope with it all, while all the while working with this 'Dr. Strange' to try and figure out a way to get him back home. Only, as more time passes, he begins to question whether that's what he actually wants.

The small scar, so faded Coran would have never seen it if the scan hadn’t noted it, on the seam of his upper lip from when Alurian had begun walking and had an unfortunate tumble into the side of a table (and oh, how Allura had screamed and cried because she’d let Alurian be hurt while she was watching him. Coran had been more worried about her than her brother) was there. Lance was Prince Alurian.
The Blue Lion sat in that cave for 10,000 years guarding one of the things most important in all the universe to her former paladin and king before, finally, being able to return her precious cargo to where it belongs. Unfortunately everything that happens after that is more complicated than keeping a cryopod running for a few millennia.
