Summary
Zanka didn't mean to get set off.
It was supposed to be a regular sparring session. Teaching Rudo close combat, what to do in the event he didn't have anything he could use 3R on.
The boy was fast, forcing Zanka to break a sweat in a battle he would otherwise have had the upper hand on. Rudo was a scrawny kid, nothing without his overpowered jinki. Zanka was a Nijiku, a former Hell Guard trainee. He should've had the upper hand.
So when Rudo ended up kicking his ankles hard enough to make him stumble and throwing his full body weight to take him down, something in Zanka snapped.

The prince blushes harder. He really is quite sweet, like a little tigerdillo kitten trying to act fierce. Sokka may have to keep him.
Instead of trying to fight Zuko during the second episode, Sokka does the one thing he’s actually good at- He flirts.
Poor Zuko doesn’t stand a chance.

Summary
Till bends his head down. Somewhere along the way, his Ivan has vanished. Till sweeps Ivan’s wet hair away from his face, smooths his palm down Ivan’s broad chest to feel for the heartbeat thudding slow but solid there. He’s only trembling slightly. He puts his lips to Ivan’s ear.
‘Get the fuck up, idiot.’
Ivan opens his eyes.
In the end, Ivan comes back to Till in the form of a cryogenic chamber. (Or: Ivan and Till get worse before they get better.)

Zanka can feel the last of the air leaving his lungs.
His chest hurts.
Everything hurts..
The pressure around his neck digs deeper every time he moves. Every instinct in his body is screaming at him to breathe, but it doesn't matter how hard he tries. The air isn't coming.
Dots are starting to fill his vision now.
Little black spots.
Then bigger ones.
The room tilts.
His thoughts are getting slower.
Fuzzier.
He hates it.
He hates all of this…
