Summary
This is an AU of The Hobbit.
There was once a dwarven prince forced into exile from his homeland and peoples due to the conniving schemes of others. Forced to survive by the skill of his hands, the young prince travels far, finding little refuge in the harsh world of Man before settling on the out skirts of the Shire. After tragedy and great calamity befalls his people, the prince decides to embark on a mission to reclaim his stolen home, reunite his peoples, and take back the throne.
There was once a hobbit of no renown, who lived a quiet peaceful life in the Shire. That is until he finds himself recruited to join a company of dwarves set on a quest, a very dangerous quest to reclaim a kingdom that was taken by a dragon. For a sensible hobbit that would be a foolish thing to do, and yet this particular hobbit can't seem to refuse this dwarven prince's call. Even if that dwarf prince is stubborn, rude, and oh so incredibly handsome. The hobbit will help this prince if he can. -

A BAGGINSHIELD REINCARNTION FIC
A century after Thorin Oakenshield had died, and Erebor was once again lost, there came a dwarven prophecy that foretold a time when Mahal would decide to once again return the soul of Durin (who had once returned already as Thorin II) when the dwarven realms would have great need of their king, to restore the lost dwarven realms, and lead the dwarven people into a new era of glory.
Two thousand years later; a lowly dwarven welder who happens to be named after the great dwarf king and legendary hero, Thorin, is working far up north of Eriador when he slays a dragon that had attacked his camp. This heroic deed of his does not go unnoticed launching him into fame and the public eye. When the Seven Dwarven families who rule over all dwarves decide to take action to confirm whether or not this Thorin could be the king reborn, others decide whatever the outcome is, he would be more useful to them as a means to consolidate power from the other families. Things do NOT go to plan when a certain hobbit enters the picture. Named after a legendary hobbit figure himself, a one Bilbo Baggins may just ruin everything due to one very powerful thing; true love. -

Things get very complicated when Terry Silver decides he wants to win Daniel back.
