This story collection started as somewhat of a joke between Polymoprhic and myself, involving everyone's favorite Lawful Evil Hellknight of the gnomish persuasion. And then... let's just say things spiraled, because neither of us can take a writing project Not Seriously, and this is why we can't have nice things, and shouldn't be allowed anywhere near fandom. Loosely based on our cogitations about the Aeon playthrough, Regill Derenge, and what sorts of writing experiments can be thus produced.

Summary
A couple of years after the big battle at the Sunnydale Hellmouth, the Scooby gang has spread across the world to establish a new global network of Slayers and Watchers and not all of them have gone separate ways on the best terms. Buffy travels the world seeking out, recruiting and training new Slayers on her own nowadays. She's finally free of the burden of always being THE ONE, who constantly needs to save the world and make sacrifices, but still, she cannot really enjoy that freedom because she's driven, restless and ... something is missing.
