Once he was dry and dressed, he stepped into the motel room, only to find Castiel, sitting at the small table at the far end of the room, a book in hand. Right on cue, Cas looked up at him, expression the same as always, but the way his eyes traveled up and down Dean’s body was anything but casual.
“Hello, Dean. How was your shower?” he asked, his voice sounding even deeper and rougher than normal. Dean shivered, his body thrumming under Cas’ careful attention. He was used to Cas staring, but there was something different about this look. Cas looked at him like he was undressing him with his eyes, trying to picture what Dean looked like under his clothes, and then it clicked.
Oh, fuck, he totally heard me, didn’t he?

So Grace wants to have the upper hand the next time they fuck. Why does that idea seem so far out of reach? He sticks the pen he’s holding uselessly over a blank piece of paper between his teeth and lightly chews on it, staring at the paper in front of him. The original plan was to brainstorm ways he could catch Rocky off guard, shake him up a bit, and make him regret all those times he called Grace his plaything by using him instead. But he doubts that writing IDEAS FOR DOMMING ROCKY at the top would go over well with Rocky if he found it, and he absolutely would find it some way or another. Grace can hear the chirping of his laughter now.
(In which Grace wants to be in control for once, Rocky wants the same, but neither of them will admit it.)

He noticed the canvas he had set up had been shifted. The disturbance might not have been an immediate red flag, but something was wrong with this particular piece. Solares stepped up closely to examine his brush strokes, but they themselves were untouched.
The piece was a depiction of a pale figure, frozen in the middle of a leap forward, head thrown back. Their visible hand was thrusted in the air, training your eye to lead you to the center piece, a 3D mass on the canvas. It was tearing the skin of its chest free, and underneath was deep blood red yarn, tinsel, fibers and various wires acted as organs and veins, pouring from the canvas. It acted as a tether, connecting the torn flesh to the body. It was a brutal piece, took him months. As he studied his work, he noticed there was a torn corner right where his signature was.
Someone damaged his favourite piece, the piece that depicted his struggle in his identity. He felt that he, was damaged, and the violation made him nauseous. He did have a stalker.
