In a world where Duel Monsters really is just a childrens’ trading card game, Kaiba Seto is struggling through the trials of raising his eleven-year-old brother, attending college, and juggling shifts at the Sunflower Grounds cafe. He’s managing, just barely, although often he feels like he’ll never catch up.
Honda Hiroto drifts through his days peacefully enough, working as an auto mechanic, seeing his friends, and babysitting his hellspawn of a nephew on weekends. Things are fine. Sort of. Except he feels kind of like his life is stuck in a permanent holding pattern, with no way out.
A story about navigating your first crush, how to survive encounters with a hostile but weirdly attractive barista, care and husbandry of a vaguely homicidal rabbit, learning key tea tasting notes, and the importance of both brothers you’re born with and brothers you choose.
