Summary
"Situation: requires immediate attention.” Soundwave’s words are as unflappable as ever as the mech enters the room where the war council has been gathering for a meeting, but the general attention-requesting ping broadcasted to the entire room hits Megatron’s comms with enough tagged markers of importance and urgency that it almost makes Megatron stagger.
A single mech gives the Decepticons the keys needed to win the war against the corrupt Senate. In the aftermath, Megatron descends below the Primal Basilica to rescue the mech's carrier.

Bumblebee rolled for cover beneath a particularly tall rock as one of the two seekers drove a steady line of bullets into the ground. He pressed his servos over his audial horns, doing little to shield him from the droning sound of blaster fire overhead.
Bumblebee’s spark rattled within his chassis. He could still hear the static of his comm active just behind his audials. It’d be oh so easy to call Prime to save him, like Optimus always had. But it was his first solo scouting mission. He’d just gone a little too far, been a little too eager. If he had to get dragged out of this mess Bumblebee knew Optimus would have him stuck in his habsuite until he rusted over. It was just two seekers. He could handle this, Bee assured himself."
Summary: Bumblebee's first solo scouting mission goes sideways, but the eager youngling is too worried to call for the help of his caretakers. That's when he receives the timely help of a new friend... one with a strange history with the Autobots.

He’s hoping for a grin or a wave. A look of relief. Maybe just a simple “hi.” Jazz would even take a “What took you so long?” or “You’re late, you glitch.”
What he gets instead is a sparkling sitting bolt upright, a startled squeak, and two wide, golden optics locking onto him with bleary shock —
“Who are you?”
— and absolutely no recognition.
It occurs to Jazz, rather belatedly, that instead of reuniting and regrouping with a friend, this little sparkling version of Mirage is instead maybe possibly seeing a random stranger climb through his window in the middle of the night.
“Aw, slag.”
After several moments of staring awkwardly at each other, Mirage blinks. “You just climbed through my window. Can you teach me how to do that?”
In which Jazz accidentally time travels, climbs a Tower, and then gets emotionally manipulated by a sparkling a quarter of his size. Mirage, meanwhile, is having the time of his life.
