After Luke died battling Kylo Ren, he woke up to find himself back as an eight-year-old on Tatooine.
With all his memories still in tact, for now, he sets off to change the future he originally failed and save all that he cares for by fixing the past as soon as possible...with his main sight on his bringing his father, who he believes is the true Chosen One, back to the Light and to restore peace before the war ever truly starts.

Leia sat cross-legged on the floor of their villa’s living room, chin resting on her hands as she looked at him expectantly. "What would you do if Mommy turned into a worm one day?"
Anakin finally lifted his gaze, brow furrowing. "A worm?"
Leia nodded seriously, while Luke, who had been drawing on a flimsi pad nearby, perked up with interest. "A really big worm or a tiny worm?" Luke asked.
Leia pondered this. "Hmm. A tiny worm."
Anakin stared between his two children, utterly lost. "Why would your mother turn into a worm?"
Leia huffed. "That’s not the point, Daddy! The point is, what would you do?"

Summary
Chief Editor Luke Skywalker makes a foolish lie to help protect his employee, Din Djarin, from losing his job. Both hoped to brush it off with some minor inconvenience but, instead, find themselves going to Din's home to "celebrate" their engagement with the very large Djarin clan.
Trapped in a quaint village where everyone knows everything, sharing a bedroom, and needing to pretend they are happily in love when Din hates his boss with a passion (and said boss being a bit more soft and odd than expected) it feels like a disaster is waiting to happen. Only, in a strange turn of events, rather than things unraveling, it feels like pieces are falling into place a little too naturally.

Summary
Admittedly, this is not the first time Luke has wound up at someone else’s kitchen table in someone else’s clothes. But it’s not breakfast, Luke’s not an undergrad scarfing down bacon and eggs to cure the common hangover, and Din doesn’t strike him as the kind of guy he’d meet at a house party. The baby is definitely a first.
Luke is a grad student trying to finish his linguistics PhD after an unexpected leave of absence. His neighbor, Din, is a single dad and delivery guy at Pizza Parsec.
(Actually, Pizza Parsec is just a front for the bounty hunters' guild. But Luke doesn't need to know that.)
