    Johnny, the little foster baby he offered to care for a few months ago as Captain Marvel, gurgled in response to the amusement of Billy.

    Guess Billy was just gonna have to reveal his status as a foster parent to the League and also how he came into custody of a previously opioid addicted orphan!
