Summary
When Ed searches Craigslist for a used bike, he finds a picture of a hot, confused-looking man in the middle of putting his shirt on (or taking it off?). In exchange for the bike, Ed offers to help Stede set up a Grindr profile, and over the course of an evening, they talk personal histories and historical pirates. By the end of the evening, they go for the ride of their lives.

Summary
Edward Teach grew up in a house where weakness was punished, where safety didn't exist and trust was broken from the time he understood the monster his father was. He'd risen above it, grown stronger, found his footing as an adult, but the scars of the past remained as his own body rebelled against him. He doesn't go into heat. He doesn't show his tail and ears. He doesn't trust easily or deeply. And he's always been okay with that, never had an issue with his life...until he met Stede Bonnet.
The alpha swans into Ed's life by mistake after a failed attempt to humiliate him by a pair of assholes and Ed finds himself caught up in a whirlpool with an alpha that gleefully presents his ears and tail over a good cup of tea or a fine fabric. Who seems to love Ed even with his prickly distrust and broken pieces.
The problem is... Ed is pretty sure he's too fucking broken for someone like Stede, and he has no idea what to do with the instincts that begin to awaken.

Summary
Sometimes it’s like Stede can read Ed’s thoughts—except for all the times when it’s painfully obvious that he can’t.
Especially the whole, y’know, Ed being in love with him thing.
Ed flicks some ash into the daffodil bed. “Thought you quit.”
“I did.” Stede says, all eyelashes and dimples as he makes a “gimme” motion with two fingers.
Ed sighs and hands over the pack and a lighter. He isn’t present as he does it, not really. He’s thinking about that other life, where Stede takes Ed’s cigarette from his lips without asking.
A modern AU based on Lucy Dacus' album, Forever is a Feeling.

Summary
His apartment was one of the reasons why Stede wished he could sometimes be abducted by the odd extraterrestrial. In general, it was a very nice apartment. Lounge, kitchen, bedroom, ensuite; not too spacious but not cramped, even with his substantial collection of knick-knacks and trinkets, and full use of the utility room in the basement.
The only problem was that Stede did not always have full use of the apartment itself.
---
Stede Bonnet has been renting out his apartment to his superiors at work so they can cheat on their wives. In the hopes that facilitating their affairs will make them facilitate his advancement in the company. Maybe once he's more than a lowly spreadsheet wrangler he'll gather up the courage to ask out the beautiful security guard at the front desk. Maybe his promotion is what the big boss is calling him up to his office about. Or maybe Stede's life is about to change in an entirely different way.

Summary
Edward Teach has made quite a name for himself in Hollywood— directing, producing, cleaning up after Jack Rackham's messes— but he's lost some of the magic. When his friends Anne and Mary ask him to come to New York to produce their latest play, Ed finds a fast friend in Stede Bonnet, and maybe something more.
A late 1970s AU inspired by Orville Peck's song of the same name.
