Summary
If he had to, Peter could write a list of the things he liked about school, and it'd be a pretty long one, but field trips would definitely not be on there.
He had his reasons, you know. Being bitten by a radioactive spider tended to kill the vibe a little, which was why he wasn't exactly overjoyed to hear that his AP science class was going on yet another field trip.
He was even less overjoyed when the field trip location was revealed: Stark Tower, where his overly dramatic, totally-not-dad, tended to hang around.
Naturally, everything goes wrong, but then a few things go right, too. At this point, the only thing that Peter knows for sure is that Parker Luck seems to be a dominant force in his life.- Language:

Summary
Bucky and Sam are kidnapped by some crazy doctors who want the Winter Soldier back. Sam hasn't talked to Bucky in over a year, but Bucky doesn't seem to care about that and complies with the doctor's orders to keep Sam safe. The Thunderbolts will be there soon, he just needs to stay alive until they get there. At least he has Sam to comfort him.

(inspired by the many tiktok comments under heartbreaking mlm ship edits going "do they know it's legal now?" I'm here to propose that no, Bucky does not know it's legal now. nobody really talks about the legalization of gay marriage anymore when you really think of it. it doesn't change too much but it's kind of funny that he just...doesn't know).
A short-ish getting together fic where Sam convinces Bucky to go on a mini roadtrip through Texas, through which he finally finds out that gay marriage is legal.

Bucky covers the phone with his hand, shielding it so that Rhodey can’t hear Sam. There’s an unfamiliar gleam in Bucky’s eyes, it makes Sam’s stomach feel a little wobbly, unsure of where this is going to lead them.
“Can we get ten hours? I need to buy swim trunks.” Bucky asks.
That’s when Sam realizes, whether he likes it or not, he’s going to be playing boyfriend with Bucky for the next week in Jamaica. It could be worse. He could be having to go with Scott.
OR
Sam and Bucky finally get that vacation but it's together, for a mission, as an undercover couple at an all inclusive beach resort.
