Summary
There’s not many reasons a teenage boy would find himself running around in the middle of a forest (preserve, whatever) looking for half a dead body. Probably, maybe. But either way, Stiles is lost now and he’s pretty sure he’s been hearing twigs snapping every few minutes. Not a very good sign.
Fortunately (or unfortunately. Depending on how this works out for him in the end) he DOESNT find a dead body in the woods.
That doesn’t mean he doesn’t find something else though.
(Or season 1 rewrite after I binge read a bunch of magic!Stiles fics)

Gods didn’t exist. At least that’s what Stiles believed at first. But since Stiles has seen literal werewolves he should probably not assume much about the current state of reality.
Alas, gods exist, or maybe he’s hallucinating. Considering he’s been playing around a bunch of Deaton’s books (which he stole) trying to find a solution to the alpha pack problem and ended up dreaming about well… someone who looks like the physical manifestation of hot topic.(Sorry if this summary sucks I promise I tried my best.)

An AU in my head where everyone lives, no one dies, nothing is as serious as it seems, and they’re all one big happy werewolf family. Oh, and also they can somehow shift fully into wolves, because I like that. I also bumped Stiles up in age - my reasoning is held back a year in kindergarten, therefore older than everyone else.
