Are you okay?” Zanka was suddenly very aware of the fact that he was just staring at the half-finished plate of food, fork half-way to his mouth. His head snapped up to face Rudo, the boy looking at him with that same expression everyone looks at him with nowadays.
I’m fine. Just not hungry.” Thankfully, this time his stomach did not betray him, and stayed gracefully silent. Zanka was glad it was only Rudo here, as Gris, Enjin, and Riyo were out on an assignment and wouldn’t be back for another few hours. Rudo wouldn’t worry too much if Zanka promised to eat later, and he likely wouldn’t check with anyone else to make sure the blond did.

“Mmm, Zan-Zan, seein' as I won this round n’ all…. I think I know what I want for my favor,” Jabber purrs. He feels Zanka's breath hitch. Jabber leans in to nip Zanka's ear and whisper his request, then suddenly his world rotates.
