Summary
Bifur is a moody toy company owner from Spain visiting London in views to expand his business. He does not speak English (for reasons explained later) and his interpreter has been ill since they arrived. This is why Bifur finds himself having to rely on a [mostly] unwilling employee of Erebor Marketing as his impromptu translator during meetings. They quickly learn that nothing ever goes according to plan, especially when the time comes to go their separate ways.

Summary
Thorin reclaimed Erebor, survived BOTFA and started rebuilding his long lost home. Things have settled and looks good.
Enna migrated to Erebor from the Iron Hills to work there, and ended up in Ori's service as a writer. Time went by and she found herself a place among the company, council and the king. But seats are about to change as misery at home erases lines she would never believe to cross before. And for Thorin, finding his One being married, is painful. Consequences fall far back in their minds as they enjoy their moments, but sweet moments are soon stirring up trouble as reality hits and crashes years of denial. Can they work out a way out of misery?

When Erebor fell, Ulvhild saved an orphaned baby, who would grow up to become a major source of worry and pain. She was on the verge of fulfilling all her dreams, but Thorin's quest and subsequent misunderstandings have left her bereft. On the road once more with the sister she thought she'd lost, she ends up in a place she'd never thought she'd see again. Both dams need to face their past...and the men they'd left for dead .

Summary
Penelope had to get out. She felt like she was dying every time she had to return to Featherington house, and now with the heir race well underway with her sisters, she knew she had to get out. Penelope was no fool, she knew living with one of her sisters as the new Lady Featherington would be interminable and she’d likely be kicked out and sent to the country – or worse, Ireland in exile. However, Penelope had been planting seeds and she had two plans – hopefully one of them would work.
The first one involved Lady Danbury and a desperate plea for asylum – before she wound up in one.
The second one involved telling Anthony Bridgerton she was in love with him and wanted to be his wife.
