Posters of Star Wars were dotted around and there were multiple LEGO sets littered on the floor. Clothes were left lying around, some thrown on the back of the chair and some on the carpet. There was a collection of paper and books on the wooden desk, each large volume for a different school subject.
All in all, Steve would’ve said that the room belonged to a kid. The obvious youth that dominated the area confused Steve as he walked into the room further.
A loud blaring sound echoed into Steve’s ear, FRIDAY’s dominating voice cutting into the air. “You are not permitted to enter this room Captain Rogers.”
Steve jumped out of the room like the floor was on fire, his confusion only growing. “Whose room is that FRIDAY?”
“Boss has not permitted me to answer that question.”
Was Tony hiding a secret kid?
The Rogue Avengers have been pardoned, returning home for the first time after a year and a half on the run. Steve expects for things to be the same as how he left but it seems that everything has changed. Apparently Tony now had a kid.

Summary
Tony Stark, despite his grumbling and complaining, totally loves kids. He always had, but from experience he had only been able to appreciate them from a distance. So, he wasnt very educated in the art of childcare, or interacting with them.
That was before Peter, and before all the other insane children fell into his life and for some reason felt the need to address him as 'Uncle Tony'
It takes a little getting used to, but he graciously falls into the roll and he can't help but spoil his dear nieces and nephews. And he isn't against gaining a few new addons along the way. He's been called many things throughout his life, but 'Uncle Tony' is by far his favorite, besides the occasional 'Dad' from Peter of course, but that's besides the point.

That said, he sure didn't expect to be ignored by Iron Man after saving his plane. He also doesn't expect May to suddenly die or for CPS to pack him off to North Carolina.
Peter doesn't like cornfields, dirt roads, or the Burrs, the foster family he's placed with.
It's not all bad, though. His foster brother is a reserved blonde kid from Tennessee who has an abnormal amount of Stark Tech in his room and an astonishingly inventive repertoire of curses.

Harley Keener is on his own.
After a car crash that killed both his mother and his sister, CPS decided the best place for him was rural North Carolina. Harley gets it, he really does. He's a country boy, the Burrs are a country family. A match made in heaven.
Harley Keener is doing fine.
Sure, the beatings aren't great, but the food is okay, and the new kid is from New York. The new kid is also abnormally sticky and scarily self-sacrificing.

Hey Everyone, I was asked to write a story to this topic so here it comes, my turn on the field trip to SI story.
I love this topic too though, read so many of them and coudn't get enough.
I also find it cruel that Peter didn't get a goodbye message from Tony in the movies so I changed that in this story, because I can.Or
Peter is a mess after his mentor's death, when he finds a message that Tony recorded to him where he gets very sentimental and tell's him he wants him to have SI next to Pepper. So while Peter is learning how to be a Boss, his class goes on a field trip to Stark Industries and things don't go as planned. But Peter will show them all.I don't own any of these characters.
