Vi goes down in The Pit. She didn't expect them to care for her and nurse her back to health particularly but she'd drawn in hefty crowds these past months which also meant a lot of money. So she feels it's fair that she also didn't expect them to allow some creep to scoop up her prone body. But here she is in a bed getting blinded by white and chemical smells nearly choking her with the artificial cleanliness. In truth, it doesn't matter much because her ghost is here and apparently she's not the only one who can see her after all.

Poor form for Santa to flirt with a gift recipient, by the way.” Bernard glanced back over his shoulder, one eyebrow raised. “That is, if you can call that flirting. Oh, and for the record, I’m a trans man in an eight-person polycule, so I’m literally the last person who’ll give a shirt about who you love.”
