When Cas's grace is running out for the second time, the Winchester brothers enlist the help of a certain archangel to save his life. Gabriel comes up with the perfect solution: Dean and Cas bond. Summary
Alhaitham wasn't the type to actively crave attention. Kaveh, on the other hand, had taken to showering Alhaitham in it, whether it be kisses, verbal affection or touches or anything more.
His pampering had only increased when Alhaitham had gotten pregnant, which was why he'd been waiting in bed for the last hour for Kaveh to come focus all his attention not on his blueprints or sketches but on him and only him and hopefully, fuck him silly.
I've become spoiled, was the conclusion Alhaitham eventually drew up in his head.

“Kaveh…” He cries into sweaty skin, his teeth gnashing down on Kaveh’s collarbone.
“Stay still, Haitham,” Kaveh mutters, trying to sit up, arching his neck to nuzzle a kiss into his omega’s neck, feeling the frantic rise of Al-haitham’s heartbeat. He pets Alhaitham’s back, gripping his hip, trying to keep him anchored.
Caught in a late night heat, Alhaitham could only reach out to one person to ease him through this, but the particularity of Kaveh's endowment might make this just a bit more pleasurably difficult for Alhaitham.

And it’s not like they, as humans, are completely cordial—Sethos watches Alhaitham watch Kaveh, slowly grabbing his cup of wine and inching it towards himself while Kaveh rants about his client of the day—and by the time Kaveh actually notices that his cup is gone from where he’d put it in front of him, Alhaitham’s already drank half of it.

Of all students from the Darshan of Haravatat, why did he end up getting paired with someone who's basically the epitome of everything that irks him?!
Kaveh is sure that he doesn't want to work with Alhaitham ever again. So when he suddenly finds himself waking up ten years into the future married to the said man, he is in complete denial.
