    6 years that was how long it had been since he had been in this city. 6 years since he had stepped foot in the building he stood in front of. 6 years since he finally got ahold of his drinking and got sober(thanks to Chris and Rebecca hog tying him until he was) and 6 years since he had seen the man who owned said building. Devil May Cry, though it looked different. Completely actually and Leon actually thought he might have forgotten where it was. But the sign above it was the same. But it wasn't nearly as run down, the lights were on and he could hear laughter from inside. The last times he was here, Dante wasn't paying his bills and he was alone. Leon almost wasn't sure he should knock.

    "Leon fought against the overwhelming sense of sadness as part of him longed for anger instead. They were both irrational emotions but anger didn’t make him feel as hollow. He wanted so badly to be angry at the way this was but he couldn’t. Leon couldn’t be mad at the man he loved for doing what he felt was right. Instead, he chose sadness, as frustrating as it was, as vacant as it made him feel."
