    Summary

    Gemini Tay was born to a poor farmer’s family in Redmont Fief. One day, after being caught sneaking onto a Ranger’s property with her friend, Grian, she is chosen to become Ranger Etho’s apprentice.

    Etho is smart and good at what he does- and he happens to hate Gem with a passion.

    The two of them navigate their mild annoyance and distrust as Gem is trained. During her apprenticeship, Araluen’s strange situation becomes more and more apparent. There is something more at play, and if Gem and Etho want to save the kingdom, they’ll have to work together first.

    Betsy Dobson is, in a world of untrustworthy adults and faulty systems, the most renowned and accepted psychiatrist of Exy. From frustrated pre-meds to exhausted stars, she acts as their primary therapist without any judgment. Despite this, much of the work has to be done by the players themselves, which means she must administer some form of recommended coping mechanism to ensure that they remain, at least mostly, mentally well. This usually takes the form of journaling.

    Or, Betsy Dobson giggles in her office while she knowingly administers the same coping mechanism to each player, knowing damn well that they're all separate individuals.
