The one with the sunglasses looks down at Utahime, a puzzled expression crossing his face. “You sure you’re a second year?” he asks, his tone completely lacking the respect one should have when addressing an upperclassman.
“What’s that supposed to mean?” Utahime snaps, defensive.
He lifts his sunglasses, revealing striking blue eyes that seem to hold the entire sky within them. Utahime sees clouds, and stars. Galaxies, constellations. Without meaning to, she stops breathing.
“You’re kinda…” he starts, searching for the right word, “weak.”
