Summary
His father warns him to be quiet. His mother kisses his head. He reaches for them, silently pleading for them to join him, and survive with him. They leave.
The doors rattle. Screaming ceased. Din felt scared, but he knew what was coming. The droid would find him, but the Mandalorian would be faster.
This dream has never changed in the thirty years since it happened to him.
Din holds himself, clutching the sleeves of his red robes, smelling his mother's perfume even though he knows he doesn't remember what it smells like anymore.
But...he does.
How does he remember?
OR. Force osik. Din gets sent back in time to when he was saved by Death Watch, except Cody and the 212th save him instead.

“Cody…” Obi-Wan said softly, his expression shifting. His eyelashes fluttered faintly, a sudden nervousness creeping across his face—an expression the commander had never before seen directed at him. “I… I didn’t think you would do this here, now, if at all. I had perhaps a small idea of your affections after Scarif, but I didn’t believe you would be so bold. Though, with both of us grievously injured, I suppose you thought you had no choice but to be bold…”
Then the Jedi traitor looked at the commander with what could only be described as devastatingly sincere heart-eyes as the tension melted from his jaw, replaced by a relaxed, almost dreamy look. “Oh, Cody… I love you, too…”
Cody blinked once, then twice, then uttered a strangled, “Huh—ghhnnghh…?”

Summary
Their investigation of a temple - not Sith, but a local fertility goddess - requires an offering to exit. One made of joy and gratitude.
Easy enough for Cody and his men, but apparently not his General. Performance issues weren’t something he usually had to worry about with General Kenobi, but that was okay. Cody would always be there for his General to help.

Summary
He knew he was going to get so much osik for adopting a mutated member of the youth brigade. From his batch, the other CCs, and the Mandalorian trainers who treated them with some sense of dignity. They would joke and prod and lecture about the mando'ade propensity for finding lost individuals and accepting them as their own. But rangir! This was his first time, and it would probably be his last.
Right?
...
Or Cody and his propensity for bonding with strays. People who feel lost need guiding. And the sunlight of Kamino is there waiting for them.
