“What?” Bucky's brows are practically kissing each other with how hard he's squinting. He's almost sure he heard Tony wrong.
“I'm trying to extend an olive branch here, Barnes.” Tony spins in his chair, pushing the welding hood up off his face, and Bucky's belief that this is some strange prank is thrown out the window. Tony has a rare look of dead seriousness, and he oughta. This was serious business on many levels.

“You got a splinter stuck in your no-no square,” Wade looks at a mortified Peter in disbelief, “and you want me to help you get it out? Are you doing the ‘I got stuck in the washing machine, step-bro’ thing? ‘Cuz if you are, I’m DTF but if you wanted me on you, you could’ve just asked”.
Peter cringes at the reminder of his current predicament.
“It’s not inside, it’s on the labia, I think. But…yes, I need your help. Just…please don’t make this more embarrassing than it already is,” Peter implores, already knowing that it’s an impossible expectation. He’s sitting at the very edge of the bed, elbows digging into his thighs and his hands over his face as he wishes for the mattress to swallow him whole.
There’s no way this situation can be anything but humiliating.
Or: Wade helps Peter with his morning wood.
