Rocket made a noise of disagreement. “Eyes on me, Sword,” he chided.
Sword slowly raised his gaze to meet Rocket’s. He opened his mouth, and shut it, biting at his lip. “Please,” he gasped, so quietly it was hardly audible even in the relative silence of the hotel room.

The scientist snickers. “Yikes. Might have something against our faction then, hm?”
“He’s really obsessed with this corruption stuff. Probably just some kind of delusional freak.”
It’s all harmless, really. He’s never talked to the demon outside of phights. So what if he hates him?
