Hi, all. Long time lurker, first time poster here, so excuse any incorrect formatting — also, feel free to redirect me to a more appropriate sub if this isn’t the right place to post about this. But I’m starting to get a little… freaked out, and I just wanted some advice. And sorry if I make any spelling mistakes, I’m typing this on my phone whilst sitting on the floor of the closet.Or, Nico is starting to notice something strange going on in Thomas' apartment, and is convinced the house is haunted. He turns to Reddit for advice. Things just keep getting weirder. Eventually, he finds out the truth, and it's not what he expected.

Summary
Years ago, when the handling of his estranged father's will exposed his identity as having been built on forged documents, Janus had watched the life he had worked so hard to build for himself fall disastrously apart. Expelled from university, burdened with debt, and barred from most employment, Janus was left aimless in the aftermath, with only the support of his closest friends helping to keep him afloat.
Now, stuck in a rut and with little left to lose, Janus has decided to take a gamble. Following clues from one of his father's old stories, Janus hoped to perhaps learn about the other side of his family—whoever they turned out to be.
That search has led him to the town of Tam's Landing, situated on the cold, remote island of Inch Murrough. Now it should only be a matter of navigating the social complexities of a small town and the colorful characters that live there...
(Needless to say, drawing the attention of the local sea monsters had not been part of his plan.)

Logic blinks, eyes widening in startled understanding.
Patton makes an involuntary ‘oh’ sound.
Roman doubles back theatrically, then frowns at him like he’s not right in the head. He gives a nervous laugh. “The first of March,” he says. “Imagine that! March already! April first is a whole month away! Hold your horses, Thomas!”
Virgil is frozen, his face unreadable, staring directly at Thomas and barely breathing. He’s poised as if ready to dart.
“And, to give further context, the year is 2017,” says Logan. “Does that come as a surprise to you, Thomas? You had had a Q&A video planned for today. It’s in your schedule.”
Thomas’s legs stop working. “Well that’s funny,” he says, “because I could have sworn it was November 2021.”
