Anyway, my point is, as for people I could kiss, there are way worse people than you.” There’s a wave of silence that immediately follows this, carrying on so long that if it weren’t for Keith’s unsteady breathing, Lance would think that Keith fell asleep. “What? Is that weird to say?”
“Very weird,” Keith responds. Lance starts to fill with so much embarrassment that he wishes the Galra could attack the castle right then, so they wouldn’t have to continue the conversation. But then Keith clears his throat, suddenly reaching a hand in Lance’s general direction but landing on Lance’s pillow. “But I guess…as far as people I could kiss, you aren’t the worst.”Series

…Except no one can pretend to be okay forever, and Scott is rudely thrust into the spotlight by virtue of having a full-on mental breakdown and trying to kill himself while living in close quarters with five other people. It doesn’t work, so Scott decides to save his own life and face his past, present, and future head-on. Also, somewhere in all of this, Scott and Sam fall in love, because wars end, but life goes on.

“Sorry- sorry,” Phil finally said between chuckles. “It's just- gods, you're just like Techno.”
That immediately prompted a simultaneous ‘heh?!’ and ‘what?!’ from the other two.
“You're comparing me to him?!” Techno asked Phil incredulously, looking between him and Tommy a few times, as if the comparison had personally offended him. Which, rude, by the way.
“Please,” Tommy scoffed defensively. “It’s a fuckin’ honor to be compared to me, Tech-no-blade. I'm the coolest, biggest man in this server. Second only to the Philza Minecraft.”
“Certainly not the most humble,” Techno commented, folding his arms. Phil just smiled fondly at the interaction.
“Oh, this is humble,” Tommy said back, feigning cockiness. “If I was actually being honest, I'd have to go on and on because–”
Techno groaned, interrupting Tommy’s rant before it even began and rubbing his temples. “Why did we pick you..?”

Maestro is a top hero in L’Manberg. He’s well respected and a force to be reckoned with, especially with the rest of his team next to him. “Courteous”, “charismatic”, and “charming” are just a few of the words reporters have used to describe the hero.
Wilbur, well, he was just the asshole who played him.
Don’t get him wrong, Wilbur likes the gig he’s got. But he knows he can do more good for the world, by joining politics and writing legislation, rather then adorning flashy suits and punching criminals. But he can’t just retire from hero work and leave his team down a man and without the only person capable of fighting Dream’s powers of manipulation.
Luckily, the phrase “You either die a hero or live long enough to see yourself become the villain,” might be just the solution he needs.
