Tim decided that Jason’s mouth should be illegal. It was distracting, and alluring, and frankly, obscene. He didn’t understand how Jason could just wander around looking like that. It had to be breaking some kind of law about public decency. Tim was gonna have to push some kind of local legislation requiring Jason to cover his mouth at all times, because it was starting to become a problem.

He held out his hand without question, not looking away from the flurry of action on the big screen. It wasn’t an enrapturing film by any means, but Jason was looking forward to listening to Tim dissect all the technical successes and failures after it was over.
A soft, wadded up ball was set in the middle of his palm before Tim rustled around, tidying up the space around them. Napkins? No, whatever Tim had handed him was softer than the cheap napkins every chain company bought in bulk. It felt more like fabric.
When the next brightly lit scene in the movie illuminated their surroundings a shred more, he glanced down and saw a familiar pattern of tiny peaches printed on thin, white cotton.
