Peter is tired. A weary suffocatingly hollow feeling that has sunken into his bones over the years since Strange erased him from the lives of those he cared about. Don't get him wrong he's endlessly grateful to the man, he would sacrifice everything to protect them, but damn was it a horrible thing to put him through in retrospect. Nevertheless he learned from the mistakes he made as a bumbling teenager lost in self righteousness and the need to protect roaring through his suddenly powerful body, keeping his distance from everyone and keeping his identity as Spider Man locked down tight.

Years after the events of No Way Home Peter is offered the chance to take a break and finally address the issues a lifetime of struggle has left him with. This is an amalgamation of some of my favorite tropes featuring a traumatized and struggling Peter getting some well needed tlc and learning to live for himself instead of what he can do for others.
This is my first fic so any comments are more than welcome!
