Summary
It turns out that being wired into giant war machines doesn’t play nice with human brains. The Earth Mechanical Defense Force, or EMDF, learned that the hard way when their pilots started going… neurotic, let’s say, after a few missions.
The obvious solution to that problem was to simply wire the pilot into their mecha permanently, that way their mind wasn’t being strained by the constant in and out. Unfortunately that strategy backfired and the pilots started going neurotic much, much faster, and this time they were giant and made of metal and much harder to put down.
So, the obvious next step would be to pull the plug on that idea and go back to the drawing board, right? No, that’s ridiculous, the next step was obviously to simply…
Make the mecha forget they’d ever been human in the first place.
Somewhere along the line someone should have pulled the plug, but they’d already invested so much into the project, and you know what they say about sunk cost fallacy.

Summary
Despite Sam giving his all in helping the Autobots, he dies in the battle of Egypt, and is repaid by the Primes ripping him away from his life on Earth. Instead, they send him to Cybertron just before the war breaks out with the request that he stop the war before it's too late. What is he supposed to do about that, you ask? Great Question, because he has no clue either.
You know the drill. Sam is converted into a sparkling and sent to Cybertron. He proceeds to make everyone's lives as hard as possible on purpose.

Summary
"Rising from the ashes of a fallen city, Winglord Starscream gathered those that were left and joined in with the Decepticon cause to take revenge against the Cybertronian elite. He fulfilled the Winglord’s duty to his people by leading them in war, but never had a chance to learn how else the Lord of Vos was meant to serve seeker-kind. "

Summary
Instead of Starscream being the well-known and feared Second-In-Command of the Decepticons, he’s practically an urban legend among Autobots and Decepticons alike, only known through vague prisoner-of-war stories and scattered attributions of battle plans and weapon designs. Most mecha are of the opinion that this “Starscream” is a mere myth to make Megatron look more menacing, and others (notably the Autobot spec-ops) often make jokes about ‘Spooky Screamer’ whenever a particularly strange case pops up.
This changes when Jazz and his team uncover an abandoned Decepticon laboratory on Earth, only to find a dying seekerlet locked in its depths.
And thus, Starscream is no longer a myth.

Summary
Jetfire and Jetstorm have a pretty good life, the way they see it. They're proud of their place in the Autobot Elite Guard, working under Sentinel Prime (even if he can be a glitch), and most of all of being the first flying Autobots! So what there are a few pesky error messages that pop up with no warning every now and again? Perceptor says they're nothing to worry about.
When the Jettwins take a vacation on their first time on leave, things take a turn for the worse and lies are revealed, and the twins’ lives will be changed for good as they learn more about the decepticon Seekers who captured them, and about themselves.Series
