Summary
When it comes to forced engagements, the thought never crossed Katara’s mind. The closest she was to that reality was her grandmother’s escape from that life. So to be betrothed to the Zuko, Crown Prince of the Fire Nation, sounds like a fate worse than death. Not that Zuko is happy with this arrangement either.
But after a more than rocky start, the two start to understand each other. And emotions that shouldn’t be there make their way to the surface. It’s a confusing yet curious problem they’ve been given to solve. But two heads are better than one, as they say.

Through the spite of the spirits or plain rotten chance, a door that would have been better left untouched has opened. On the other hand, with Fire and Earth as one's allies, sometimes escaping is the easy part.
Even the Dragon-King's temple floods.

Summary
What started as a handful of one shots kind of turned into a multi-chapter fic... But the title stays for now because I can’t think of a better one.
A collection of stories about Aang and Toph, their relationship, their family, and odd adventures they have throughout their adult life. Each chapter is its own short story, but all chapters combine to showcase the life I envisioned for the Taangy duo. The stories are in the ATLA/LOK universe (not canon compliant), and every chapter has some sort of Taang conversation, strictly revolves around either Aang or Toph's thoughts, or is a story about a member of the family.

Summary
Ozai’s voice shook. “I…I don’t want to forget that you’re my son.”
Zuko’s vision blurred. “Why don’t you want to forget me?” The words cracked as they came out of his mouth. He didn’t understand why he was getting emotional over this.
Ozai buried his face in his hands as he fell to the floor. “Because,” Ozai’s tone grew timid, “I love you.”(What does a Fire Lord do when he learns that his abusive father is dying from an incurable disease? Zuko still cares for Ozai, really, he does. But should he forgive him after everything Ozai did to his family and nation?)
