He’s dealt with thunder numerous times during his time among the Fatui- and he’s experienced way worse than thunder.
However, he wasn’t regressed during those experiences. Wanderer isn’t scared of thunder, but small, helpless Kabukimono is.

Summary
He’s more coordinated with his left hand, able to peel the fruit without piercing the flesh with his nails even once. Once he’s done, Sunny drops the peel onto the table and begins the tedious process of removing the white bits. The tangerine is for Kel, and Kel doesn’t particularly mind the white bits, but because it gives him an excuse to watch some more, Kel doesn’t say anything, letting his husband work in silence.
Eventually, Sunny leans back with a satisfied huff. He separates a piece of tangerine from the bundle and holds it out, Kel realising belatedly that he means to feed it to him. They haven’t been married for very long, but they’ve been dating for quite a while, long enough that the prospect of being fed by Sunny isn’t embarrassing—necessarily. It still makes Kel’s heart flutter a bit, especially with Sunny’s intense gaze now being directed at him, but it’s not, you know, it’s not embarrassing.
“I can feed myself,” Kel points out.
Sunny shakes his head. Kel offers no further argument and obligingly parts his lips.

“Mama is right here, sweetheart.” Bruno lulled, applying his softer tone reserved exclusively for the regressed: “Are you not feeling well?”
“Icky,” Giorno snapped in an almost frustrated tone, “and cold. Wet.”

poor giorno is sick! luckily, his mommy is soon on the case. set post-canon where the main cast (including fugo) have settled down in the countryside, and taken to age regression as a coping mechanism/ way to relax.

Everything about Anakin softens when it starts to rain, a sigh releasing from his lungs, his shoulders relaxing as if all weight has been lifted from them. He opens all the windows, letting the wind bring in some of the rain. A cold gust fills the room, but he doesn’t seem to mind.
Obi-Wan sits on their bed, a book in his lap. Soon, he finds himself joined by Anakin, long limbs curling around the space next to him, pushing away the book to make room for his head.
Anakin lies down on Obi-Wan’s lap, blinking blearily at the soft patter of rain.
