Set 50 years before the original Attack on Titan anime.
Yoo Jaeyi is a descendant of the Tybur family – her name here is Jaeyi Tybur. Back then, the Tyburs took part in the Warrior Training Unit, so Jaeyi is sent to train with the goal of one day inheriting the War Hammer Titan. But she doesn’t want this. She doesn’t want the Warrior unit to exist at all. So she travels to Paradis Island hoping to find a way to reach the king who rules there and ask him to end everything.
Woo Seulgi is the only kid who questions where the titans actually come from. She’s the daughter of a high-ranking Military Police official, so everyone expects her to follow in his footsteps. But she shocks everyone when she announces she wants to join the Scouts Regiment instead.
Jaeyi and Seulgi meet for the first time on Paradis – two people from opposite worlds, both searching for answers, both willing to burn everything down to find them.
