Summary
Sweat drips down Simon Riley’s brow as he pushes through his next set of squats. It’s a hot, humid day in the city and everyone can feel it in the gym. Just as he sets the bar back on the rack, his phone rings with a call. Taking it out of his pocket, he sees that it’s his mum calling. Simon hits accept as he puts the phone up to his ear. He’s barely able to eke out a “‘llo” before she starts on.
“Simon, love, if you’re not busy, can you stop by the funeral home associated with the synagogue?"

Summary
Two new trainers arrive at the stables: Halsin, a natural horsemanship trainer, and Gale, a dressage trainer. Astarion’s pissed. He worked his ass off to become an established dressage trainer here, and now he has competition on top of dealing with his asshole client, Cazador Szarr.
Gale’s starting afresh after a nasty divorce from his ex, Mystra. He’s already stressed and nervous enough about moving to a new stable, but now he has a trainer that hates him.
Halsin’s moved stables after taking on an apprentice, and is pleasantly surprised to find two very attractive trainers there, despite them being at each others’ throats. Can he apply his gentle practices and help them get along?

Now, in 2015, his housemate and best friend for life James Buchanan Barnes springs the fact that the legends of dragon tamers are very real. He proves it when he brings home a young dragonling, weak and sickly and trying to survive.
Enter exotic vet Steve Rogers, who only wants to help all the animals he can. He did not sign up for fantastical creatures, though.
