Dean looks at his reflection in the mirror. He's far from how he wants to be. The soft pouch simply won't budge. (...) His hip bones are visible but not as perfect as Castiel's. Dean tries his best, but he can't force the fat over his trained muscles away. He's tired from all the training, is exhausted at hunts. He blames mistakes on his age, well-knowing that he's simply running on empty. But he can't make himself eat more. He knows the next binging will come eventually. He needs to be hard on himself in between, keep the damage at bay as best as he can.
