Summary
A year after filing for divorce from his wife and True Mate, Lydia, Dean has a new place, a new job as a mechanic, and should have a new lease on life. He can’t help but feel like something’s missing, though. When Sam introduces Dean to Castiel, an accountant at Sam’s firm and Dean’s upstairs neighbour, something blossoms between them, something that Dean isn’t sure he’s ready for. When Dean is injured, the two alphas have to learn to coexist – if they can. Even more than that, they will have to decide if they can resolve past hurts in order to choose each other – and love.

Summary
Hesitantly, he brought a hand up and watched a figure from his memories reflected back in front of him copy his movements. When this young Shane in the mirror touched his face, he felt it on his own. He squeezed the skin on his right cheek, feeling distant and disconnected from reality. He continued pinching harder until it stung, only to be disappointed when he didn’t wake up back where he was supposed to be.
He really was Shane Hollander, aged 22, all over again.
===
Shane Hollander dies in 2022, on the day of his first wedding anniversary with Ilya Rozanov. Somehow, he's transported back nearly a decade into the past, to 2013, his memories and a ring letting him know it was all real. He speaks Russian now, having learned from Ilya in his past life, and has the benefit of hindsight. But does that mean he can really change anything, make things go more smoothly than last time, or will he be forced to fight for his relationship with Ilya for years, having to hide it once again now that he'd just gotten used to living with it openly? What would he do about his family, his friends? As it turns out, even knowledge of the future isn't always enough.

Summary
Ilya knows that no one loves the same version of a person; his Shane is different to Yuna’s Shane, who is different to David’s Shane, who is different to J.J., or Rose, or Hayden’s Shane. And while Ilya knows he’d fall in love with every single version, he’s happy he gets this one. Happy he gets the Shane who lets himself be trusting, and vulnerable, and honest.
It makes Ilya wish he could have loved Shane earlier - makes him wish he could have known him longer. But he’s just glad he gets to do it now, here, like this.
(Or, four times people are surprised by Shane’s clinginess, and one time they completely expect it.)

Summary
In over five years in the MHL, Shane Hollander famously never started a fight. Widely regarded as hockey’s Golden Boy, the Canadian barely even chirped his opponents.
Which is why the commentators go silent as the camera zooms in and catches the Guardian’s player saying something with a disgusted face and then spitting on the Metros’ captain, and Shane Hollander, for the first time on camera, dropping his gloves.
(basically just a bit of "Shane Hollander knows how to fight", because that man breathes hockey, there is no way he wouldn't have been prepared on how to fight, he simply normally choses not to)
