Summary
Link picks up the secret stone under Hyrule Castle, Link falls through time. Zelda is left to wonder where her knight had vanished to while also contending with the Upheaval and a figure that looks oddly like the missing hero who's stirring up trouble. And then there is that strange dragon who flies low over Hyrule now, when in ages past it stayed so high that most thought it was a myth. The dragon known as Tempori.

Link is the sage, Zelda saves Hyrule. I feel like there aren't enough of these so I wrote one myself. This storyline will be sticking to the totk canon pretty closely.

The Shrine of Resurrection shouldn't have taken this long. A decade or two at the most, and considering Link's injuries, that seemed likely. But 100? She would have never imagined it would be that slow. Had something gone wrong? Were there factors they hadn't considered? Was it . . .
Did they need to finally face the facts that their Hero wouldn't return?
No, she wouldn't consider that, not yet. So, there was nothing else for it, then. Purah would traverse half of Hyrule to get to the Shrine of Resurrection and determine what was taking Link so long to come back to them. And only then would she even think of other options.
Because they needed their Hero. For everyone's sake, Link had to be alive.

In other words, Hyrule is a land infused with old magics, many of which are little known and sparsely understood. What happens when, unwittingly, an ancient rite of the Zora is mixed with the magic of the Divine Beasts and Sheikah Shrines?
In a fit of stubborn desperation, Purah decides to get to the bottom of Link's delayed resurrection, and the two find out that Hyrule's plight against Calamity Ganon might not be as hopeless as it seems.

However...for some reason after that, Noelle and Susie completely disappeared for the rest of the fucking day!?!?! And for some goddamn reason when they came back Noelle is randomly seeking them out and Susie is acting weird as fuck, and they're somehow a lot closer??? And for another unknown goddamn reason Susie WILLINGLY asked to do their project.
What the fuck is going on??????
Whatever. They don't need to be a part of this bullshit. At least Berdly is just as confused as to what the hell is going on with their project partners.
