Summary
Izumi Midoriya has proven herself to All Might that she is worthy of One for All, a sentiment she disagrees with vehemently. She's never thought she was worthy of anything, as the fact that she wasn't was drilled, or rather, blasted into her head every day for the 13 years since she didn't develop a quirk. Now that she has gained a quirk, she thought things would finally fall into place and her life would get better. Maybe it would get better, but fall into place? Maybe not. Instead of her getting the super strength she was promised, a strange cloak appeared on her back. This is the first of many confusing things in a chain of events that will ultimately change hero society as a whole.

Izuku always wanted to be a hero when he grows up, but without a quirk it will be hard fought dream. However, after realizing that not all heroes have combat type quirks or some even needing support items to help their quirks Izuku got inspired to pick up sword training to become the next number one hero and world's greatest swordsman.
The only relation to one piece is that Izuku uses Three Swords style, Hawkeye Mihawk is in this, and some minor references. I will also have a few similar ideas from the Black-Leg Deku fanfic.
