Two years after the events of Crash, Fox and Riyo are engaged and have settled into their life. Everything is looking up until Wolffe arrives back in town. Something has happened between him and Liri, something that has dragged on far longer than Fox and Riyo should have let it and neither are talking. A disaster of a wedding brought everyone together in the first place, perhaps a planned one can pick up the pieces this time.

Summary
While spending his afternoon at work with Cody, Obi-Wan receives an unexpected call from his brother that throws any plans he had for that weekend far out the window!
Obi-Wan frowned, sounding more serious. “What's going on?”
From the corner of his eye, he noticed his shift in tone drew Cody's attention from across the room, his brown eyes flicking up attentively away from the stack of papers he was working through. But Obi-Wan kept his eyes downward, and awkwardly shifted on his feet as he waited for Anakin to reply.
“Well uh,” His brother took a long pause, seemingly thinking. Obi-Wan could still hear him walking.
Suddenly, the silence began to feel heavy. “Please don’t hate me for this.”
“Hate you for what, Anakin?” His voice turned deep. Irritated and puzzled, he turned his back to the room, to Cody, but spoke more quietly into the receiver, bracing himself for whatever on earth Anakin was about to tell him next. “What is going on?”

Marshal Commander Cody hands over his padawan commander Obi-Wan Kenobi to the Empire without complaint. Obi-Wan Kenobi's death at the hands of his former master Darth Vader will happen in darkness, and the galaxy will come to regret it.

There are very few people who know that. Most of them are dead.
“Glory,” Ben continues. “Kote. Cody. It is you, isn’t it?”
“You know me,” Cody manages. “How do you know me?”
Ben reaches up towards his own helmet, very slowly. Cody is helpless as he pulls it off, lets it rest in the space between them, and looks Cody dead in the eye for the first time in six years.
“You said it yourself,” Obi-Wan Kenobi says. “You killed me.”

The offer is also tempting for another reason; from here, he can spot the two figures on the front page, limbs poised in a graceful arc as the smaller figure is lifted up by the other, spotlights bathing them in golden light. Dance therapy, he thinks, quietly mulling it. A class that paired up veterans with volunteers to teach them how to dance to cope with PTSD, a year-long program that ended with a small competition with a small monetary prize. A tiny part of him, a part that suspiciously sounds like his younger, college-attending self, perks up in interest.
He quickly pockets the flyer, and stands up. She startles slightly, but settles down with his next words:
“I’ll think about it.”

Or, veteran Cody Fett and dancer Obi-Wan Kenobi are paired up for a dance competition. It all goes downhill from there.
