Several weeks prior to the onset of the Fourth Shinobi War, a sealed document was recovered detailing a previously unrecorded variant of the Sharingan, identified as the "Koi no Me" also mentioned as "The Eye of Longing." Descriptions indicate it may surpass all known Sharingan evolutions in potential capability.
Activation conditions, as documented, require a singular experience of deep, intense sexual pleasure, emotional and physical surrender and reciprocated desire from the one most sexually desired by the subject.

They would lie in wait for that dreaded beast inside to finally step off that tight rope - perversely yearned for its passing so they would finally be rewarded their rightful blood.
Sasuke had been the only one to openly challenge that beast. His haughty eyes nearly supplicating the creature from within. Violently murmuring sweet nothings and leaving feasts at its threshold, waiting.

Summary
The first thing he sees when he opens his eyes is the spinning pinwheels of Uchiha Sasuke. Red and purple dance beneath the moonlight, bursting morning stars of hopes and dreams, rivers of blood weeping over snow skin, reality shattering like glass. Naruto cannot help but be captivated by the sight. His one and only. His one and only.
And then he was hit with the smell of sulfur and a splitting headache.
“Dodge, you dumbass!” Said mesmerising one and only roars, looking suspiciously younger than the last time Naruto saw him.
Through the splitting headache, the 17-years-old-again Naruto is starting to see why his fantasy future self is so depressed, and why fantasy Sasuke left him again. Hell, he absolutely hates that future version of himself. Also, he still kinda wants to vomit, why are they fighting on top of lava again?

In retrospect that was perhaps a stupid question. Joker couldn’t just stumble into a hospital and expect to be helped without also being promptly handcuffed to his hospital bed. However, what Joker’s actual reply was genuinely surprised Goro. His reply wasn’t snarky, it wasn’t flirtatious. What issued from his mouth was an honest, genuine tone paired with a bleary, feverish smile.
