Summary
When Qui-Gon won a slave in a bet on Tatooine, the knowledge of that fact died with him. When Obi-Wan met Anakin, no one said anything about where the child might have come from, and so he ended up making some assumptions. He assumed Anakin's family had been a happy one. He assumed Anakin was born free, and always had been free, and the boy doesn't think to correct him. When things stop adding up, little clues here and there, little inconsistencies- during a moment where he means to tell Anakin about his own past, Obi-Wan suddenly sees the ugly truth for what it is.
But is it too late?

She says that word— foveo— as if it should mean something to Anakin.
It does not.
Anakin learns some things about the Jedi. He doesn't get it, until he kind of does.

Summary
Darth Vader, the strong arm of the Sith, held loyal to his Order since they took he and his mother from slavery in the deserts of Tatooine. Until he became convinced they killed his wife. He abandoned his Order and disappeared in the chaos of the Clone Wars, presumed dead by all sides.
That young Skywalker is known around town as a widower and homesteader; a Nabooian who emigrated to avoid the trade blockade; a father of overly-energetic twins and warding a Togruta war orphan; a decent mechanic if your farm equipment or maintenance droid is acting up.
Anakin is a paranoid, over-protective hot mess doing his best to raise his weird pack the way Padmé would have wanted. How the hell is he supposed to do that when his kids and not-apprentice make him haul a half-dead Jedi Master home like a lost pet?

Summary
Anakin is terrified about people knowing certain things about him because of how he feels like he'll be perceived differently (or y'know, punished), but as more and more little things come out, he's realizing it's not quite as bad as he thought it was. There was a lack of judgement for it, and things usually got better if he did share.
Will this be enough to get him to open up on his own? Probably not, but he's less opposed to the idea of sharing.
Ft. Feral Ahsoka, tired Obi-Wan, transmasc Anakin, and the implications of being half Force.
