sonic is in a alleyway
"huh..."
last thing he remembers was fight eggman.... he had some giant gun thing that he hasn't bother to listen to that egghead to learn the name of.
he slowly gets up, memories fuzzed out and body tired. he looks around the alleyway. not much around here, just a average dirty alleyway. he looks up, it seems to be a little afternoon and he can hear some people walking, talking, and generally go about their day.
he looks to the entrances to the alleyway (whats another word for alleyway i been using that for waaay too much(sonics thoughts btw)) he decides to go to the entrance behind him. when he gets closer, he sees people walking. humans he thinks.
"hmm... am i in central city...?"
mind still fuzzy, he goes to the opening...
and immediately bumps into a giant flaming man.
"watch where your going." he says and walks away
"what the fuck."

The Biolizard couldn’t speak, not in a traditional way. It was still just a dumb lizard. However, it was somewhat sentient. Somewhat. To communicate, it could create a link with a fellow user of chaos energy and from there it would be able to share its extremely simplistic thoughts and feelings.Shadow was the only one around it could share its thoughts with. So it did.
Little Shadow- that's what the creature had named him. The hybrid wasn’t sure the reason behind it, whether it be his size compared to the lizard or whether it saw him as something of a younger sibling.
As if on cue, he heard an intrusion in his thoughts as the lizard formed a link.
“Little Shadow.”

this fic was taken in an entirely different direction than first intended. im afraid the fluff has turned into horrible angst. this fic contains violence now, and expect lots more depressing moments with rare comfort. hooray!

That’ll be no fun. Shadow can't let Sonic escape yet. He needed to at least see the hedgehog crying first if he was trying to spread some false narrative on what kind of a person he is.
Thankfully, Shadow didn't even have to do the heavy lifting to instigate the next move.
Shadow makes a mistake of drinking too much. Sonic makes a mistake of challenging Shadow. It goes pretty wet.

Una intranquila tarde de lluvia en Spagonia se convierte en una caótica noche de tormenta en Central City tras los fatídicos eventos ocurridos en aquel mes.
Comprendiendo que no pueden huir de sus sentimientos ni mucho menos uno del otro, Shadow y Sonic se reencuentran no solo refugiados bajo el mismo techo sino también compartiendo sus cerrados puntos de vista, algunas densas conversaciones con verdades incómodas y, sobre todo, sus más grandes y escondidos anhelos al extrañar la presencia uno del otro.
Por supuesto, la situación tampoco permitía a Shadow enojarse por el desorden que hacía el viento, considerando que él mismo era quien abría las puertas del balcón en su departamento.
