Summary
From the moment he was born Izuku was different. His unblinking, vacant stare unsettled all who were subjected to it. When Hisashi abandons them Inko finally snaps. The only explanation she could come up with for her son's condition was that a Demon was possessing him. When her attempts to expel the Demon from Izuku leads to a massive fire, Izuku is caught in the flames. No one expected the child to come out of the fire with a newly manifested quirk. Especially not one All For One wants desperately.

“Hey bud, can you tell me what your quirk does?”
As Izuku asked his question, he let go of the kid. Instantly, there was another flash of light, and Izuku… well… changed?
He had been wearing a black hoodie that was at least two sizes too big along with blue jeans and black boots. But now he was wearing a neon blue t-shirt with the English word “Toothpaste” on the front, the UA gym pants, and red shoes. Those weren’t the only differences, though. Izuku was fairly muscular, especially on his back and arms, but now he appeared as though he’d never seen the inside of a gym.
What could have happened to him?
“Um. Where am I?” Izuku(?) asked, blinking and looking around. “Oh, hey Denki! Do you know where I am?”

In this world, Kikumi Midoriya developed her quirk at the age of four, a quirk that let her consume the darkness around her and use it to strengthen herself. A quirk many in her class derided as villainous, inherently evil. They’d put her down and call her the first villain they’d fight. In spite of everything Kikumi and Izuku have one thing in common.
They will be the number one hero someday.
