"You have no immediate family. You don't even have a dog" Those were the words that were used to justify why Ryland was being sent to die in space. Except... he has a twin brother, Colt Seavers. And his twin has a dog and he sees that dog a lot, so does that make the dog also his? It didn't matter though, because at the end of the day, he was still stuck in space, 11.9 light years away from Earth. Which was fine. It was completely fine. He wasn't panicking.

Summary
Peter’s woken up in many alleys before with very little memory of how he got there, but he’s never woken up in one with his spidey-sense so overwhelmingly loud. His heart raced as he searched for danger but couldn’t find anything. He tilted his head in confusion. Why couldn’t he see anyone? Clearly there was danger, his spidey-sense doesn’t go off for no reason. Why were his clothes so big on him? And where were his shoes? At least he still had his socks?
