大抵而言，取決於當事者們「對愛的定義」，以及「彼此的相處經驗」。也許只需要幾秒鐘——
一個眼神匆匆、一句隨性之語，甚至僅是氛圍恰到好處，便是天雷地火、心緒頓時騷動，「一見鍾情」的劇烈引力是真實存在於世上的情境。
但常態推斷，愛意大多是一種情感的遞進與累積。
從喜歡他的笑聲開始到習慣與他天南地北，再愈發注意他的舉止和情緒變化，甚而願意為他調整自己的生活方式，諸如此類的進程才最終走向「愛」。若查勘更使人信服的科學理論，心理學中亦有研究認為情感連結往往需要往復良善的互動，平均需要數個月的時間才會讓一段波動的情感最後沉澱為愛。
總而言之，有些人一瞬就能陷入愛情、有些人則要一定的相處才能確定。
甚者換句話說，愛上一個人的速度其實不在於時間的長短，而是關乎那顆心被觸動的深度。那麼、真正讓我們好奇的問題是，從周一到周日、說不上長卻又不算短的整整七天能譜寫出什麼樣的一首歌？
在近乎乏味的日子裡應該還是值得期待的插曲。
