Summary
Captain JeonGguk, dragon hunter and commander of the Aether Guard, rules the skies with a missing eye, a scarred face, and a reputation that keeps most enemies quiet. He and the crew aboard the Dirge live for coin, chaos, and their next dragon kill.
Everything changes when they shoot down a rare crystal dragon. Instead of scales, they see feathers as a white gryphon crashes down into their lives. Injured and unconscious, it shifts into a rare hybrid omega, naked and bleeding, with massive, shattered wings.
JeonGguk’s frightening exterior begins to crack, showing the softness within as he helps care for Jimin while fighting his own nature. Falling fast, he vows to keep the hybrid safe from men who collect beautiful monsters.
Speaking in adorable broken Common, Jimin becomes a collector in return, gathering the Dirge’s hearts like trophies with his precious innocence and a smile that makes even killers soften. When it comes to JeonGguk, the sweetness stays, but the dominance rises. Jimin decides his captain is precious, delicate, and very much in need of an omega who will guard his back.

Summary
In the courtroom, Park Jimin defends the little guy. He's regularly toe to toe with juggernaut entertainment companies and conglomerates and public figures, defending victims who he's sure have been wronged.
Then a letter arrives addressed to him at his office.
It's written in pencil on prison stationery. The tone of the letter is jaded with a misplaced touch of hope. And it's signed by prisoner #1310 - Jeon Jeongguk, the former pride of South Korea, a superstar idol who was convicted of an open-and-shut case of triple homicide.
And he wants to meet Jimin to discuss his case.
