Summary
Featuring angelic crash courses, fluff and angst and emotions alike, Dean dealing with what he is inside, and a heaping pile of what I hope is sufficiently descriptive writing (all wrapped up in a winding, suspenseful plot):
Dean Winchester has always prided himself on his humanity. On being who he is, and not living on the same side of the line as the supernatural beings he'd been raised to hunt.
But what options remain when it's revealed that what he'd known himself to be was never the truth?
Dean's faith in who - and what - he is will be tested by new truths and shadowed by new strengths, and challenges he's never faced will stir and come to light (just in time for him to face them head on).
Will he find it within himself to fight and win?
Or is balance not in the cards for a being with power he's never before had to comprehend?

Dean looks at the version of him from HunterCorp and he sees somebody else. But then he realizes that some of the things he’s got buried within his stained, bruised mind aren’t skeletons in the world of his doppelganger’s glass closet. They’re alive and well; in a way that some parts of our Dean can never be.
Or, the fic wherein HunterCorp Dean is comfortably bisexual, and we, via Sam and Cas and a little HunterCorp Dean backstory, acknowledge the depth and complexity of canon Dean’s emotions (and why he doesn’t trust himself with who he is).

A oneshot-duo companion to larger fic To Be Angelic, wherein Dean Winchester finds out that he was born a species of angel and manifests his grace.
These two pieces mostly focus on the nuances of Dean's support system as they tread the waters of what it means that Dean is now an angel, in terms of the differences between being a human, and being a celestial made of angelic grace. So lots of angel things and descriptive writing! Wooo!
The first chapter of this takes place immediately on the heels of To Be Angelic chapter six, and the second chapter takes place during the few days that pass at the beginning of To Be Angelic chapter twenty-eight.

A post-hunting life/established Destiel fic wherein Dean finds his way to the world of custom-order items on crafting sites and begins gifting to Cas, one tiny gesture at a time— only for something unexpected to find its way into Cas's hands, this time a gift (however unintended) for the both of them.
Featuring softness, hoodies, me somehow waxing poetic on metaphors relating to silverware, Cas drawing and baby ducks in the outdoors.
I wrote the back 2k of this at midnight literally twelve hours ago, but hopefully it still reads well.

I wrote this little oneshot over the past couple days, and let me tell you, I think I might've fallen in love with its softness. It's so freeing writing a Dean Winchester who's happy.

Summary
SO. I have not posted in a long, long time.
BUT. (look at me, being all dramatic). I have still been writing.
And I may or may not have fallen in love with BBC's Merlin since we last spoke.
ANYWAY.
I wrote this start to end in one go, and gave myself a day of editing rounds, because even though it's been a few episodes since Lancelot sacrificed himself to vanquish the Dorroca...it still hurt, so I wanted to make this. (I know his story comes back...but I haven't seen that episode yet, so).This is about Merlin seeking comfort with Kilgharrah, going to him to talk the night after Lancelot's passing rites in the square.
There might be more of these - I want to explore other small stories between these two, (involving others where I can), and I'll update the tags as I go. Kilgharrah telling Merlin stories, Merlin telling Kilgharrah stories - I'd love to describe a dragon laugh.
I've been writing plenty, and maybe I'll put some of those things up eventually, but with this, I just wanted to challenge myself to be alone with the story, and get it out start to end all at once.
All that said and done, it's nice to be back! I hope you all enjoy, and I hope you're staying busy! -

So.
I've got a few ongoing writing projects.
And this one seeded itself up from...by far one of the smaller catalysts.
Anyway.Here's to an attempt at a legitimate work summary.
There was a fight. Things didn't go so well. And Tony took Peter into it with him.
There're moments of fluff. Angst. Alternate endings....we tried, everybody. (notice this isn't marked with major character death. That's because there is none.)
I wrote this in basically two sittings during whumptober, on the day the prompt was "adrenaline". It was short. It was...lowkey basically garbage, and for the most part that was about it. But then recently I found it and gave it a (quick) dust-off, and...well, I thought it'd been long enough since I'd tortured the public.That wasn't by far the most incredible summary, but...I hope it works, and as always, I hope you enjoy. :)

You guys were so receptive to the last fluffy thing I wrote, I couldn't resist doing it again. I've had this idea stuck down the rabbit hole for...a few months now, but then it literally occurred to me that this, right now, is the time of the year it was meant to be written in, and I was like whoooa, hell yes - no more excuses to procrastinate :)
So...yeah, this is a quick little thing wherein we see some more of our friendly neighborhood Spider-kid, some more of our friendly neighborhood Irondad (lowkey? highkey? we'll see.) and all around, what I hope can be considered authentic levels of sass from everyone involved. I'd like to think I kept it short and sweet, so...in case you're staring at this and wondering if it goes super fast...I don't think it does, so much? I tried to make it satisfying, even if it's shorter, is all I'm trying to say.
I have no idea what I'm writing here. Anyway, without further ado...keep an eye out for Pepper's famous hot chocolate... ;)

Whoa, would you look at that, I wrote something that isn't angst for once in my life? Dang guys
Posting the culmination of about six weeks that was And Then The Universe earlier today was...big. It was freakin big. So, of course, I am going to put this up now. This has been sitting around for a little bit, because I had this planned as part of a 5+1 and I wanted to write them all out before posting any of them, but screw it I needed this.
Anyway...basically, Tony is in denial that Peter is his son, (because yes) and then Peter calls him dad, and welp breakdown ensues and it's Rhodey The Best Friend to the rescue and yaay happy ending not much angst it's all good here
Enjoy hahaha this is so much lighter than usual and there is more in general to come :)

Summary
This is an AU chapter (of sorts) based on the story Only Time written by losingmymindtonight, which she gave me permission to create. Please, I cannot praise her enough, she is a phenomenal writer who has grown so much in her skill over the years of posting, going from great to amazing to simply stunning. Do yourself a favor, read her work. I promise, it will be beyond worth it.
The premise of Only Time is essentially the plot of Endgame, only how it would’ve changed if Peter had survived on Titan, and come back with Tony and Nebula to find that Pepper hadn’t. I loved it, and wanted to give something she deviously teased at and then didn’t choose to follow a chance to be seen into fruition.
This picks up where the last updated (fourth) chapter of Only Time leaves off, starting the morning of the big time heist, and shows where her story would’ve/could’ve gone, if:Tony and Peter had both gone to Vormir.
Angst ensues.

So basically there's this thing/writing project/whatever you want to call it that I've been working on for a handful of days, (after I finally managed to stop procrastinating everything), one that's been both a dream and kind of a bear, and it's sucked my attention away from most of my other writing, so this had just kind of been sitting around, starting to collect dust. I came back to it now because I figured it was time I took a break, and while it isn't exactly the pinnacle of my amateur writing career, it was still more polished than I'd expected it to be, and after some very quick editing I thought I would put it up.
Essentially, post Endgame and FFH, so yes, after That Movie's Ending, and That Post Credits Scene as well, Peter experiences a sensory overload, resulting from everything he'd been bottling up, and then...things ensue. Irondad things. Hurt comfort. Yeet.
Thinking about this for a bit instead of the other project (which, when finished, will most likely be the next thing I post, whenever that is) has been refreshing, and a nice change of pace. I don't know that this is as well-edited or refined as it should be, but let me know what you think, and I hope you can enjoy regardless!
