Summary
Spencer Reid lives in fear in meeting her mother’s fate — having her brilliant mind turn on her. She buries that fear in her books and her work, but it continues to prey on her. When she begins to feel things that make no sense, Spencer’s fears seem to be coming true. Until David Rossi, newly returned to the FBI, gives her an answer she never expected.
Tony DiNozzo was a good cop, not because he’s a Sentinel, but because it was who he was. Key word — was. A second career-ending injury cost him his badge, but his senses are unaffected — however often some buff young sentinel looks at him and sees a cripple. Summary

Howard's heart skips a beat.
“I-I don’t have any children.” Howard forces the words out. It’s the truth too. He doesn’t have any kids, doesn’t even have a wife or any desire to find one.
“You will,” they say, voices certain and almost amused. “We know your beginning, your middle, your eventual end. You will have a child and in exchange for our aid that child will belong to us.”
The implications of what they’re saying makes Howard even more lightheaded than before.
“Deal.” Howard says with no hesitation.

“My claim to Camelot’s throne,” Uther threw back, face growing more red as Arthur looked between his parents in utter bewilderment. Merlin didn’t blame him. He had envisioned Uther and Ygraine’s love story to be more… well, less based in war and battles.
Ygraine’s eyes narrowed as she grabbed a goblet of wine and threw it in Uther’s face. A few of the guards shifted, but Uther only raised a hand to pause them, spitting out the wine with furious eyes.
“You,” Ygraine said coldly. “Are unworthy to sit upon a stool, let alone a throne.”
From a few feet away, Balinor scoffed as he sipped from his own goblet. “I kind of like having her as a hostage, Uther. She livens up the place.”

Bond’s mouth quirked. “My friend?”
“He certainly isn’t mine,” Q replied. “There was trace DNA from all of them on the ring. And do you know who links them all?” He looked up before Bond could reply and met the other man’s gaze over his shoulder, mouth curling just a little as he prodded, “Go on, give us a guess.”
“Him,” Bond rumbled ominously, voice low and black. Near to Q as he was it would only take a shift of weight from one foot to the other to bring their mouths together.
Madeleine felt herself flush faintly at the realization, but didn’t look away. How very interesting.
