This wouldn't have been an issue if it had been any other day.
Hizashi would have seen the signs of someone following him. He would have noticed the shadow following his path, would have seen the person in his peripheral, and the soft footsteps would have been picked up by his hearing aids. He might have had a faster reaction time too, and wouldn't have let them use their quirk to get him to comply.
He certainly wouldn’t be trapped here, muzzled and hands bound behind his back, locked in an unknown room only god knows where.
But it wasn't any other day; Hizashi hadn't picked up on the signs.

Shota sneers at the teenager across from him. His defense raises like the hairs on the back of his neck as he glares steadily, ready and waiting for whatever will come from this encounter. He narrows his gaze when the teen shifts; just the thought of sharing this rooftop with Japan's most notorious villain makes his skin prickle. “Deku.”
“Y-yes!” the teenager cries out in relief, taking a small step towards Shota, “I’m Deku! I’m so g-glad you—”
“Deku,” Shota growls darkly, flicking out his capture weapon hastily to snag the villain before he can make his move. He's quick to tug it taut, leaving no room for Deku to escape. “You’re under arrest.”
“I-I’m what?! W-wait!”

When Izuku was eleven, he made the biggest and dumbest decision of his life. As smart as it seemed at the time, joining the League of Villains did not end well for him.
Orphaned at the age of twelve, Midoriya Izuku is forced to continue working with the villains, being told that no one would accept him after the things he had done.
At the start of the new school year, shortly following his fifteenth birthday, he is tasked with the mission to infiltrate the famous Hero school, UA.
He had long ago abandoned his dream of becoming a Hero, painfully watching as it turned into a mere fantasy, but when he starts at his dream school, the smoking remains of his passion is rekindled. And when he sees his old ‘friend’ after four years, he starts to realise that maybe hiding the fact that you work for an infamous villain group in a Hero school is not as easy as he thought.
